As mental health professionals, we know that family systems live not only in our minds, but in our bodies. This expert panel invites professionals to consider how movement-based practices—including somatic work and expressive arts—can deepen therapeutic work with family narratives. We’ll explore how physical storytelling and intentional movement can reveal unspoken tensions, facilitate emotional processing, and support clients in creating new relational patterns.
